Mo's takes PRIDE in cleaning your house from top to bottom! We have come up with a 45 Item Checklist to keep us from ever slipping from doing the very best for you!

Kitchen

• Appliance exteriors cleaned (interiors upon request)
• Microwave exterior/interior cleaned
• Tables & Chairs cleaned
• Countertops & Backsplash cleaned & disinfected
• Cabinet fronts cleaned
• Sinks scrubbed & disinfected (dishes upon request)
• Floors vacuumed and/or washed
• Windowsills cleaned (blinds dusted upon request)
• Fingerprints removed from woodwork, doorframes & switch plates
• Trash emptied
• Baseboard dusted

Bedrooms

• Beds made (linens changed upon request)
• Lamps cleaned & lampshades dusted
• Picture frames dusted
• Furniture dusted- top, front & underneath
• Floors vacuumed and/or washed (under bed if accessible)
• Windowsills cleaned (blinds dusted upon request)
• Fingerprints removed from woodwork, doorframes & switch plates
• Mirrors cleaned
• Trash emptied
• Baseboard dusted

Bathrooms

• Tub & shower tiles scrubbed, disinfected & rinsed
• Toilets disinfected inside & out
• Chrome fixtures cleaned & shined
• Towels neatly hung & folded

• Floors vacuumed and/or washed

• Ceiling fans dusted (height restrictions apply)

Prices

• We charge by the hour and in 15 minute increments, rounded up with a 2 hour minimum at $35/Hour within a 20 mile radius of downtown Denver. For example, if your cleaning service takes 2 hours and 25 minutes you would be charged for 2.5hrs.
• $5 will be added per hour for every 10 miles outside of the first 20 miles
• $5 will be added per hour for weekend cleaning
